The way through which you combine constructive criticism, research, data and real events and experiences I think is engaging and at the same time allows you to "touch with your hand" certain problems and analyze them in a "detached" and rational way.

Thanks for the link to the Weizenbaum interview. I was familiar with his ELIZA work but not really aware of his more critical perspectives
